As backpackers, we loved the incredible staff, outstanding location, and great rooms. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff even offered to cook eggs and bring hot chocolate. The new deck made a wonderful beer garden with a beautiful view of the Chiemsee. The hotel is surrounded by stunning nature and is a great starting point for exploring Munich, Salzburg, Chiemsee, and nearby villages. The accommodation was well renovated, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Felt very at home, no complaints.

We had an amazing stay at this charming hotel tucked away in the hills. The value for money was excellent and our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for hiking and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by allowing guests to choose their own seating instead of assigning tables based on room numbers.
